Kaizen (CEO)

Kaizen started his Martial Arts training at the age of 4 years old. Born in a blood line of Legendary Martial Artists, Kaizen trained under Grandmaster Sijo Lozada of Kochi Kali Kar system Chinese Gung Fu and Japanese Karate. Grandmaster Kaizen is a 9th Degree Black Belt, inducted into The World Black Belt Hall of Fame in 2000. 25 time National & International Grand Champion. 4 Gold Medals USA WUKO Karate Team. Budo Japan Silver Cup Lifetime Achievement Award. American Actor, Film Screenwriter, Action Martial Arts Choreographer, Technical Advisor, Stunt Coordinator. New York Film Academy. California State Police Captain Chaplain. Lives in Honolulu, Hawaii.

J "Von" Wisner

A Nebraska native raised in California. An alumni of both the University of Southern California and the University of California at Berkeley. J. Von Wisner comes from a long lineage of writers, editors, and publishers. He has worked in multiple countries in investment banking research early in his career before switching to law. He has spent a lifetime studying music and has both recorded and performed in various capacities as a multi-instrumentalist and singer on three continents. In addition, having spent years working abroad, on any given day he speaks five languages. Mr. Wisner studied Dux Ryu Ninjitsu under the tutelage of the inimitable Hanshi Frank Dux as a young man while living in Los Angeles. It shaped his life and was the basis that formed his friendship with Grandmaster Kaizen De La Cruz. In conjunction with their shared love of the martial arts and the entertainment arts, Mr. Wisner's passions synced with Grandmaster Kaizen's and that shared vision has become Bushido Do Films.

Randy Turrow

​Randolf Turrow is a Producers Guild of America (PGA) Producer/Line Producer and Directors Guild of America (DGA) Unit Production Manager with over forty years of experience in the entertainment industry. He has worked on over 100 productions. He has three pictures being released in 2023 including (as producer) Centurion: The Dancing Stallion, The Oath, and (as production manager) I Left My Heart in Columbia. Randolf’s accomplishments include producing hit music videos on MTV (directing two which garnered #1 spots and one receiving over 80 million views), numerous TV shows, commercials, plays and motion pictures with stars including Adam Sandler, Michelle Pfeiffer, Billy Bob Thornton, Gena Rowlands, Mark Hamill, Samantha Morton, Bill Paxton, Aaron Paul, Helen Hunt, Woody Harrelson, Nicolas Cage, Amber Midthunder, Malcolm McDowell, Ellen Burstyn, Rob Lowe, Jon Voight, Anjelica Huston, Charlie Sheen, Pamela Anderson, James Caan, Billy Zane, Mickey Rooney, Kris Kristofferson and Christopher Plummer. His work at the visual effects/CGI firm Shockwave included projects such as Titanic and Starship Troopers.
